I have been using personal trainers for 20 years, but Noell is the most knowledgeable and the only one who has ever customized a training program just for me. Noell didn’t just train me, she also educated me about nutrition and weight loss strategies.
I appreciate the variety of routines and how she blended in not only weight training and cardio, but also yoga and core body strengthening. It amazes me how she never duplicated a workout routine for the 2 years she trained me! This meant that I was never bored or over working the same muscle group.
Noell focused on what MY body needed. My shoulders have a tendency to roll forward so she worked hard to strengthen my back. My now stronger back has helped improve my posture and walking.
All Noell’s instruction about eating the right foods and balancing meals over the course of the day and using protein shakes to help with energy and weight control has been so good for me. At 62 years, I am able to maintain my weight and feel I have the same energy I did 20 years ago!
Noell has given me so many new exercises to carry with me. Even if they were hard at first she helped me master them with her unwavering patience and encouragement. From planks, side planks, to crunches on the stability ball, she has taught me so many new exercises that I had never done before!
I have been so impressed with her wide range of knowledge about exercise, nutrition, the body’s health and diseases and how specific exercises can help make our body healthier. She has taught me so much and I am so grateful to have her as a trainer!

Noell is an incredibly motivating and professional trainer. I began working with her almost a year ago and am currently 9 pounds away from a goal weight that I thought was unachievable. The most surprising part is not that I will actually reach my goal but how accessible and sustainable my overall health and objectives are after working with Noell.
Through law school and bar preparation I had gained over 30 pounds and become the heaviest I had ever been. After a year of exercising on my own, however, I was still very far from a healthy weight. In August 2009, I started training with Noell once a week and immediately noticed a renewed enthusiasm for my health. Her nutrition counseling, coupled with challenging and diverse work outs, encouraged me to not only keep up with my training schedule but also to approach my diet in a completely different way. Noell developed a diet plan that I could work with, even with my love of cupcakes and my demanding work schedule as a new attorney. More than that, she inspired a paradigm shift in how I approached food and how I cared for my overall well being. I now understand what my body needs to stay healthy and actually enjoy being able to test its limits with new exercises.
The best part of my training, however, has been that it never really felt like I was making a sacrifice. Since Noell is such a powerful motivator and so knowledgeable about her profession, she knew how to keep me interested in working out, how to focus on the body areas that I was most concerned about, and how to craft a diet plan that never really felt like a diet. Noell has given me the tools to maintain a healthy weight on my own…even if I test it with cupcakes now and again.
